My name is Athena, but I also go by my Chinese name, Wing Yen, which means eternal sunrise!

When immigrating to Canada, my dad originally planned to settle in Toronto. But after just three days, he decided it was too cold, which is how I ended up being born and raised in Vancouver. 

Now I'm back in Toronto for university, although I have to admit my dad was right about the weather here...

I can be pretty shy when I first meet someone, but my friends describe me as an outgoing goofball. If I'm not at school, you'll probably find me wandering through a trinket shop or picking up a new hobby.

I love exploring different art forms, from 3D modelling and sculpture to textiles, and I have a habit of stress-baking during midterms and finals. 

I have always believed that the best work happens at the intersection of passion and purpose. For me, modeling is exactly that. It is a privilege to collaborate with artists and creatives, and I strive to help bring their ideas and stories to life through each project.
